Attending an Elite Week Camp has two major impacts on each goaltender:
The NHL and Division I staffing ensures each goaltender stays on top of current trends in our position and sport.
Each goaltender leaves the camp with a better understanding of their game and how to approach different situations based on their individual make up. Elite Week has sold out every year and has nurtured the talents of Thatcher Demko (Vancouver Canucks), Spencer Knight (Florida Panthers), Arthur Smith (Princeton University), Stephen Michalek (Minnesota Wild), and many others.
Each camp will consist of two daily ice sessions (10 hours of ice in total), daily small group video, a daily presentation, three total off ice sessions, paid shooting staff, and the best coaching staff you can find. Goaltenders will always enjoy an on ice ratio of 3:1 or less. Women’s Elite Week overnight campers will have hotel accommodations. Van services will be provided. Overnight attendees’ meals begin with lunch on the first day and end with lunch on the last day. Day students will receive lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday of each camp.
